We pitched for and won the Sue Ryder account by flipping their positioning statement of 'we provide incredible care' to something that appealed to donors with a very personal reason to give money, people passing by a Sue Ryder store to all the staff from shop workers to medical professionals: we can only survive because of the incredible in you.

We then used that key thought for every bit of activity - from fundraising letters to staff recruitment and annual reports.
