While Sainsbury's supermarket had recently changed the look and feel (all that food dancing stuff), the bank part hadn't. So we created a new brand look and tone for all the bank's financial products. We know financial and insurance can be dull, but we wanted to make it a bit human. Hence the one-word headlines that were a mile from most FS leaflets.
